The Vale Restort
Situated in more than 650 acres of gorgeous countryside, The Vale Resort is a stunning four-star hotel. It boasts 143 bedrooms, two championship golf courses, Wales’ largest spa, an award-winning restaurant and sporting facilities. Guests will be wowed as they enter the gates and see the landscaped gardens, the ideal backdrop for your photographs.
Couples can tie the knot in the Morgannwg Suite, located on the first floor it has a private bar and offers stunning views of the golf course from a private balcony. It has a gorgeous staircase and space for 220 guests, 140 for the wedding breakfast and 200 for the reception. The Castle Suite is also available, it boasts high ceilings, large windows and a private bar. It can hold 700 of your nearest and dearest for the ceremony, 400 for the meal and 500 for the evening celebration. Alternatively, you can say ‘I do’ in the Conservatory, it has a maximum capacity for 120 friends and family for the ceremony and 70 attendees for the breakfast and party. The Cowbridge Lounge is the perfect setting for more intimate nuptials with room for 80 people for the ceremony and 60 loved ones for the dinner and reception. The final space available is the Pendoylan Suite, it’s capable of holding 80 of your guests for the ceremony and 70 for the wedding breakfast and reception.
Newlyweds will also receive complimentary use of a luxurious bedroom, an anniversary dinner, a month’s membership to the health club, a free round of golf for the groom and three friends and a 20 per cent discount at the spa.
