Welcome to the July/August issue of Your South Wales Wedding. We understand that planning your big day can be stressful; there’s so much pressure to find the perfect colour scheme, venue, dress – the list is endless. To help, we’ve put together a jam-packed issue that’s bursting with inspiration.
If you’re still in the early stages of planning your nuptials and don’t have a venue yet, fear not – on page 21 we showcase regional beauties in Pembrokeshire and Swansea, and on page 29 we’ve picked our favourite glorious gardens in which to wed. Whether you’re having a summer celebration or a winter extravaganza, we’ve got you covered in our seasonal flowers feature on page 77.

| Glorious gardens |

Caer Llan
Caer Llan is a grand 18th-century venue situated in more than 25 acres of countryside. The family-run property offers impressive mountain views, creating a gorgeous backdrop for weddings. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a Victorian greenhouse and 16 bedrooms exclusively for wedding guests. Large Chesterfield sofas and armchairs, Welsh slate floors, oak fireplaces and recycled-oak picture frames help Caer Llan exude historical charm. Neutral colours have been used throughout to create a blank canvas, ideal for nearlyweds who want to add their own touches.
Brides and grooms can get married in the main function room, which has large windows that provide picturesque views of the surrounding area. There is space for 88 loved ones for the ceremony and 120 for the evening celebration.
The wedding gazebo, new for 2019, is a charming area that can also hold 88 friends and family for the vows and 120 for the reception.
