Valentine’s Day has been and gone, and for those of you who received a gorgeous ring, congratulations! My partner and I celebrated with dinner and a trip to the cinema. We’re not big fans of over-the-top gestures, so for us, it was the perfect way to spend the evening. But enough about the winter—can you believe it’s June already? I’m so excited that summer is finally here and that I can unpack my dresses and say goodbye to the cold weather.

The Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel
The Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel is an 19th-century venue nestled in more than 17 acres of enchanting woodland. Steeped in history, the property offers a blend of rustic and contemporary décor and breathtaking views across the Vale of Glamorgan. The Victorian mansion has a range of on-site accommodation available, a restaurant and a fitness centre.
Couples get married in the Eliot Suite, which has dome ceilings, chandeliers and a beautiful décor throughout, with space for 90 loved ones for the vows.
The Hendre Suite, meanwhile, has recently been refurbished and can hold 150 friends and family.
The Burton Suite is an additional area that guests can use throughout the day. It was named after renowned actors Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor, regular visitors many years ago.
Nearlyweds will receive a discounted bridal suite on the night of the wedding and preferential room rates for their nearest and dearest.
