The leading wellness resort in St Lucia will be reopening its doors to guests on October 1st 2020 following its closure due to Covid-19 - making it a must-visit destination for some much-need R&R post-vows and post-pandemic.

The resort is ready for the arrival of returning and new guests, providing bespoke wellness regimes to ensure all guests develop improved physical and mental rejuvenation. Known and loved for its themed months throughout the year, BodyHoliday will kick-off its reopening month with both its Octoba Yoga programme as well as September Solos. These two themed months will run in alongside one another at the resort, enabling guests to take advantage of both during October.

September Solos will return to offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the very best of health, wellbeing and enjoyment with other like-minded solo travellers throughout the entire month of October. Group September Solos activities will range from delectable cocktail and dinner parties to sunset cruises and rejuvenating hikes to kickstart the day. At the same time, Octoba Yoga will run from 13th October to 3rd November 2020, providing guests with a truly restorative holiday experience. Designed to suit guests from beginning level to advance, Octoba Yoga will be led by the very best teachers, offering guests limitless lessons from sunrise to sunset, as well as Hatha, Shanthi and meditation classes.
