Tall John's Weddings is situated within acres of exquisite grounds with mature trees and breathtaking views across the valley. The gardens at Tall John's House are the brainchild of Willow Cracroft, who transformed it from an overgrown and neglected space to an amazing garden with features such as a rill, rose arbour, silver birch circle amid a splendid display of flowers, shrubs, fruits and vegetables.

There is a restored Welsh barn available for weddings which looks across the Black Mountains with an enchanting courtyard and a wooden gazebo that can be decorated with flowers and covered in Perspex if the weather is unkind. Inside are electric points, underfloor heating, insulation, hard floors and a catering area.

Once home to ministers of the church, the King of Glamorgan and King Arthur and Queen Guinevere, Pencoed House Estate dates back to 979AD and is nestled at the end of a tree-lined driveway. Surrounded by 36 acres of grounds, well-groomed lawns, flowers and ancient woodland, the venue is perfect for taking photographs.

The stately Old Hall is made from original stone walls and boasts a striking vaulted ceiling, wooden beams, a roaring log fire and room for 120 nearest and dearest.

Manor Parc was previously known as the country manor house until it was renamed in 1984

Manor Parc was previously known as the country manor house, Y Parc until it was renamed in 1984 and transformed into the current establishment. This independent family-run venue boasts a new seating area, balconies, gardens and Cedar trees alongside 200 free car parking spaces. Inside there are 21 bedrooms available at a discounted rate for guests, an impressive staircase and original oak flooring.

The Orangerie has a glass-domed ceiling and patio doors that open onto the grounds, with space for 110 guests for the ceremony, 80 for the wedding breakfast and 110 for the reception.

Built in the 1930s, it's situated within easy walking distance of Victoria Park and the spectacular sweep of Swansea Bay. The property uses striking and majestic architecture throughout, with historic British empire panels created by renowned artist Sir Frank Brangwyn on display.
