Catherine and Matthew tied the knot at Canada Lodge and Lake

Catherine and Matthew met at The Celtic Manor Resort. "I was a waitress there, and Matt was a trainee manager," explains Catherine. "I was attracted to his smile, and he loved my eyes. We hit it off, and the rest is history.

"Matthew proposed to Catherine where they first met. "He first laid eyes on me in the lobby, so he decided to get down on one knee in the same spot with our family watching," shares the bride. "It was a huge surprise and we couldn't have been happier."
