Mermaid Basil Smash from Mermaid Gin
50ml Mermaid Zest Gin | 25 ml lemon juice | 25 ml sugar syrup | A handful of basil  | Top up with Mediterranean tonic

Shake all ingredients with ice, leaving out the tonic and fine strain into an ice-filled highball. Top up with Mediterranean tonic and garnish with basil leaves.

Add ice to a copa glass and pour in Cotswolds No.1 Wildflower Gin. Top up with premium tonic water and garnish with a slice of orange.

Skye Sour from 57 Skye earth and sea gin in Scotland
50 ml 57 Skye London Dry Gin | 30 ml Lemon Juice |15ml sugar syrup | 15 ml egg white | Garnish with a twist of lemon

Add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Nordesiño from Nordés Gin
25 ml Nordés Atlantic Gallican Gin | 50 ml Albariño Wine | 100 ml tonic water | 1 strip of lemon peel | 1 white grape skewe

Fill your glass with plenty of ice. Pour in the Nordés Gin, add the Albariño wine and stir carefully. Add the tonic water, twist of lemon peel and, for that special finishing touch, garnish with the skewer of 3 white grapes.

50 ml Gold Jaisalmer Gin | 10 aml Cocchi Americano | 3 Dashes of Coriander Bitters

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir over ice. Double strain into a frozen glass and garnish with a chilli.
