B Calm is a wellness brand founded by Clinical Aromatherapist Becky Pop in 2021 and centres its brand mission to creating stress-relief solutions. Born from Becky's personal journey of healing, B Calm offers beautifully designed, organic products to support modern women in finding daily balance and calm. Stress takes a toll on both skin and mind, leading to inflammation, irritation, and exhaustion. Becky Pope, having struggled with perioral dermatitis and migraine with aura from chronic stress, discovered the profound connection between stress, gut health, and skin conditions. Conventional treatments failed her, leading her to explore nature's most powerful remedies—essential oils.

Becky comments: "A little plant power changed my life! Essential oils were the catalyst for a huge transformation in what I put into my body and onto my skin. Looking back, it now seems so obvious! And it's my mission to help support others in finding balance, calm, and healing."

How can an essential oil help me?

What does the set include?

30 ml Face or 100ml Body Hydrating Mist – Choose Lavender for soothing and calming benefits or Rose for hydration and balance.
30 ml Face or 100ml Body Nourishing Organic Carrier Oil – Select from Jojoba, Sweet Almond, Sesame, Castor, or Grapeseed to deeply nourish and protect the skin.
10ml Organic Essential Oil Blend – choose from three expertly crafted blends: Breathe (Sweet Orange, Lavender, Frankincense) – Brightens the skin while easing stress. Live (Peppermint, Lemon, Eucalyptus) – Revitalises tired skin and boosts energy. Rest (Geranium, Lavender, Frankincense) – Calms and soothes the skin while promoting relaxation.

What carrier oil is right for me?

Sweet Almond Oil – Suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive or dry skin. Soothes, hydrates, and helps with dullness. Also beneficial for scars and wrinkles. (Contains nuts.)
Jojoba Oil – Ideal for oily and acne-prone skin. Helps with pigmentation, redness, and wrinkles while balancing sebum production.
Grapeseed Oil – Lightweight and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and allergy-prone skin. Helps with hydration and combination skin concerns.
Sesame Seed Oil – Deeply nourishing for dry and mature skin. Rich in antioxidants to support skin renewal.
Castor Oil – Thick and restorative, excellent for hydration, promoting growth, and reducing puffiness and dark circles.
