Rock The Fizz Bar is a new company based in Monmouthshire Valley.

Shelby Holmes and Siobhan Barrett, the co-owners, said: “We decided to embark on a new adventure and launched Rock the Fizz Bar. Having both worked in the hospitality and drinks industry, we wanted to have fun and put a smile on peoples' faces.

"We did a lot of research and fell in love with a converted Piaggio Ape tuk tuk from Italy, that we named Valentina. Our bar adds a quirky centrepiece to any wedding and we can tailor packages to suit your needs.”
