Photographer James Matthews reveals how you can relax in your big-day photographs.

"The majority of couples I work with feel nervous about their big-day photographs, but try to enjoy the process. I suggest you look at the photojournalist style of photography. This is a popular option with newlyweds who don't want forced or posed images.

"Your chosen supplier will use a modern camera with fast, high-quality lenses to capture snaps without you even realising they were taken.

"A photojournalist will shoot images in a candid style using any light available or with a camera flash.

"They work quickly and quietly in the background and will have little interaction with you or your loved ones, but most will take group shots if you ask them too!"
