Our Entertainment

Canada Lodge and Lake is the perfect venue for all kinds of celebrations, from engagement parties and birthday gatherings to corporate away days and celebrations of life. We offer customisable event packages designed to suit your needs. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our packages can be built to include everything you need to make your event a extra special. From a variety of catering options to on-site accommodation, we have every aspect of your special event covered.

Our Main Lodge accommodates 50 to 180 guests, while Rhodri’s by the Lake provides an intimate setting for up to 60 guests.

Our Accommodation

All of our Cabins are fully furnished, three of these beautiful lakeside cabins sleep up to four people each and are known as our Luxury Cabins. The other two are our Executive Cabins which we named Oak and Beech. In conclusion, all provide a perfect secluded place to prepare for your wedding day, for a luxury get away or a special occasion.

Secondly, tucked away above the main Lodge, lies the Nova Scotia apartment that can comfortably sleep up to four people. Similarly, to the others, it has a decked veranda overlooking the grounds. Here too, visitors are blessed with a panoramic view of the lake and its beautiful surroundings.

Finally, built into the bank of the grounds are our seven subterranean apartments each sleeping up to two people. These are complete with plush furnishings and state of the art electrical facilities. This includes underfloor heating and electric curtains etc. Additionally, they all have individual balconies where visitors can relax and quickly forget the woes of everyday life. Moreover, one of the apartments boasts an outdoor hot tub ideal for star gazing.

Our Venues

The Lodge offers a versatile and picturesque setting for your day. Your ceremony takes place in the elevated Oak Room, with stunning views of the lake. Afterward, enjoy your drinks reception on the wraparound terrace or lakeside patio as the bar opens. The wedding breakfast is hosted downstairs in the Lakeside Room, offering access to the grounds and a covered patio. In the evening, guests can celebrate upstairs on the dance floor or relax downstairs.

At Rhodri’s by the Lake, weddings are set within a picturesque lakeside log cabin that is ideal for smaller celebrations. You will say “I do” within the cabin before heading out to the patio to enjoy a celebratory drink while our team prepares the space for the wedding breakfast. With the log-burning stove lit, the space has a lovely, romantic ambiance.
