Set within St Fagans National Museum of History are a number of historic and modern buildings, perfect for weddings. These are surrounded by 100 acres of formal gardens which were donated to the people of Wales by the Earl of Plymouth and are the ideal place to take photographs.

Celebrate in style
The Oakdale Workmen’s Institute is capable of holding 90 friends and family for the ceremony and wedding breakfast.
Alternatively, St Fagans Castle, a Grade I listed property can be used. Boasting a Victorian-style dcor throughout, as well as oak furniture and grand paintings.
The Main Hall has an intricately carved replace and striking furniture, with space for 40 loved ones for the vows.
Smaller celebrations can take place in the Dining Room, which can hold up to 60 nearest and dearest for the service.
The Italian Gardens can also be used for ceremonies, the high-walls provide a secluded and intimate setting.
Weather permitting, an elegant marquee can be erected in the St Fagans Lawns, which can accommodate 140 guests for the reception.
Lastly, the Atrium, located within the contemporary main building, can hold 200 or more attendees for the evening celebration.
