The Isle of Harris Distillery’s products are now available to purchase from Fire and Ice in Pembrokeshire. First opening in 2015 in The Isle of Harris, a small island in the Outer Hebrides off the coast of Scotland, the company has five local distillers and a team of more than 30 staff.

The Hearach Single Malt is a single malt whisky that’s been matured in ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso casks at a shore-side warehouse. Alternatively, the award-winning Isle of Harris Gin is made up of juniper, coriander, bitter orange peel, sugar and liquorice.
