Shearer Candles launches new candle gifts

Shearer Candles launches new candle gifts: Image 1

Shearer Candles, the longest established creator and purveyor of candles and scented products in the UK, reveal their new gift box scented candles; Wonderful Mum and Thanks A Million which are perfect for wedding day gifting ideas.

The addition of the two new gift boxes follows the successful launch of the Occasions range of scented tin candles. Each candle in the range carries a specific gift message, which together cover all the key events we come together to celebrate in life.

The Wonderful Mum gift box joins the Shearer portfolio and carries a beautiful Peach Bellini scent; "an intoxicating blend of soft ripe peaches and vanilla, leading to sparkling fizz and citrus".
In contrast, the Thanks A Million has a refreshing Gin & Tonic fragrance with "zesty lemon slices and lashings of gin". Both candles are encased in opaque white glass vessels, which glow beautifully when lit.
The two geometric gift boxes are cut away to partially reveal the candle inside; both have delicate foil detail in either silver or gold, giving the product a shimmering effect on shelf.

While often seen as something reserved for high-profile couples, data suggests they remain largely overlooked in everyday relationships. Just 7 percent of divorced Brits had a prenuptial agreement in place before separating, highlighting a significant gap between perception and reality. Regionally, attitudes vary. Manchester has emerged as the UK's 'prenup capital', with 13 percent of divorced couples having one in place, compared to 8 percent in London and 11 percent in Birmingham. Meanwhile, cities including Liverpool and Southampton reported no uptake among those surveyed.
