Hensol Castle is a beautifully restored 17th-century castle situated within 650 acres of  Welsh countryside. There are plenty of places for guests to explore, including the 15-acre lake, which makes a stunning backdrop for photographs. Inside is a historically modern décor with arched windows, oak panelling and sweeping staircases. It’s been sympathetically renovated to ensure it looks as gorgeous on the inside as it does on the outside.

The vows take place in the resplendent Oak Room, which offers views of the nearby lake. Receptions, on the other hand, are held in the purpose-built Courtyard Hall. This grand space has a luxurious décor throughout and is capable of holding 150 friends and family for the wedding breakfast and 200 for the evening celebration.

The staff offer couples a complimentary red carpet upon arrival, a personalised menu and table plan, a silver cake stand and knife and preferential accommodation rates at the Vale Resort.
