The Whitebrook Restaurant with Rooms is celebrating its seventh year of business. This family run, independent, Michelin star restaurant with rooms is nestled in a rural idyll just over two hours from West London. Tucked away in a Wye Valley hamlet, it's secluded location allows guests the perfect excuse to completely switch off from busy daily life.
The chef is Great British Menu 2018 winner, Chris Harrod who's a protege of Raymond Blanc of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. Passionate about foraging and wild ingredients, home grown fruit and vegetables as well as using hyper-local and heritage wherever possible, Chris' menu has been described as the epitome of the "Wye Valley on a plate". Intricately prepared and visually striking dishes including a full vegetarian tasting menu. Three course set menu (£47), five course lunch tasting menu (£60) and seven course dinner tasting menu (£95) can all be complimented by wine pairings.
Guests staying the night will receive cosy, stylishly decorated and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and freshly baked homemade Welsh cakes on arrival.
