Yes you can! New launch from Vin du Can

rose wine in a glass with a can next to it

Newly launched Vin du Can, is a convenient single serve wine in a can perfect for al fresco drinking this summer at wedding celebrations.

Whether it's on the day itself, or a pre- or post-wedding get-togethers, the range includes three varietals, Pale Rosé, French Sauvignon Blanc and Argentinian Malbec.
All three are vegan friendly and packaged in aluminium cans which are fast to chill and 100% recyclable; the smaller size means they produce a smaller carbon footprint being lighter to transport.

The Vin du Can logo sits prominently at the front of the can and is surrounded by etched wine glasses and a number of these represent fun line drawings of people and animals.

Commenting on the launch of this new venture, Emma Wykes, CEO Longbottom & Co said, "The wine industry is long overdue a rethink about heavy glass bottles and packaging. It's exciting joining the other pioneers in the global canned drinks movement. Great tasting wine should be accessible to all in a format that means it can be enjoyed anywhere by anyone."

The Vin du Can Pale Rosé is the latest addition to the Vin du Can family. Perfect for summer al fresco drinking this pale pink rosé comes from the IGP Méditérranée region, from one of the most established wineries in Provence, France. The nose offers intense aromas of berries and the taste is crisp, citrus and fresh (ABV 12.5%).

The Vin du Can Sauvignon Blanc is made from a white grape from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. The nose offers intense notes of toasty spice, lemons and crisp green apples. It has a smooth texture and a bright and refreshing finish (ABV 12%).

The Vin du Can Argentinian Malbec has the typical deep, dark velvet colour of Argentine Malbec. The nose offers intense aromas of black stone fruit interwoven with notes of chocolate and sweet spice. Balanced acidity leads to a long, velvety finish (13.5 % ABV).
