By 2025, Pickled Pumpkin Catering is proud to be feeding film crews for the BBC, serving luxury brands such as Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Bentley, and keeping crowds happy at Devauden Festival, Tramshed, and major corporate events! One thing has never changed; their commitment to bold flavours, quality ingredients, and unforgettable food experiences.
A highlight this year for thr company was catering Sophie and James' wedding at Sugar Loaf Barn, where they opted for bespoke sharing-style tapas. Dishes included some of their favourites, such as Dirty Truffled Bravas, Roasted Duck Boas, Yuzu Pickled Slaw with Sriracha Dip, and Mini Paellas with Mussels, King Prawns, and Calamari. This approach created an interactive, social dining experience that wowed their guests and showcased the beauty of shared, flavour-packed plates.
Looking ahead to 2026, they're excited to bring even more interactive experiences to weddings, including live oyster and sushi bars, Giant Pavlovas, and Giant Profiterole Towers! Their brand-new Giant Pavlova is a true showstopper served to the table; picture crisp layers of golden meringue stacked high, topped with clouds of whipped cream, seasonal fruits, edible flowers, and drizzles of vibrant coulis. Designed for guests to break apart and share, this dramatic dessert combines lightness, colour, and theatre; the ultimate centrepiece to end a meal!
They're also introducing a fresh-filled cannoli experience, where the roaming pastry chef serves crisp cannoli shells freshly filled to order! Guests choose from flavours such as vanilla mascarpone with chocolate chips, pistachio cream with candied orange, or salted caramel ricotta with honeycomb. These bite-sized Italian treats are interactive, elegant, and guaranteed to get your guests talking!
