Celebrant Lynda Williams reveals how you can make your ceremony personal.

"Tie the knot in a place that has a sentimental meaning to you both. Get creative, and remember your chosen venue doesn't need to have a wedding licence. It could be at home, in a marquee, on the beach or your local pub.

"Remember you'll need to get the legal part done at a register office. There's no time limit on this. It can be done earlier the same day or a few weeks before.

"Your vows can include anything, from religious pieces, verses or poems to hand-fasting ceremonies."
