How long have you been in the industry?
I've been working in the industry for 30 years.

What's your favourite flower?
My absolute favourite is orchids. There are so many options to choose from, and I love the endless colour combinations.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to design bespoke arrangements for all our wonderful clients and getting to use beautiful flowers from all over the world.

Which bridal bouquet have you loved the most and why?
I like simple bouquets of jonquils, muscari, tulips and lily of the valley.

Best tip for choosing your wedding flowers?
Sit down and speak to your florist. They will have a wealth of knowledge and will be able to suggest blooms that suit your theme and the time of year you're getting married.
