Perched above Mount Llanfabon is the charming Victorian manor house, Llechwen Hall Hotel. Situated in six acres of countryside, the 17th-century three-star hotel offers panoramic views of the valleys below and is surrounded by trees and beautiful gardens. The on-site restaurant, situated in a stunning orangery, uses the finest local ingredients and has consistently been awarded an AA Rosette for more than 10 years. Inside is a modern yet traditional décor with 44 bedrooms, 23 of which are new, Welsh toiletries, luxurious bedding and Juliet balconies.

Celebrate in style
The Nelson Suite is the oldest part of the hotel with original oak beams, a private entrance, bar and bi-folding doors that lead onto the terrace and overlook the hotel’s garden lawn.

Those looking for a modern space will love the Garden Marquee. It has floor-to-ceiling glass panels overlooking fantastic valley views, a light and airy décor with crisp white drapes, a starlit dancefloor, private terrace, bespoke lighting, full air-conditioning and, new for 2020, a private bar.

Due to open soon, the Jail House is a historic stone building that was once used as an overnight stop-over for alleged convicts before heading to the magistrates the following day. Currently being renovated, the building comprises of original oak beams, bespoke rustic chandeliers and a full-length interior balcony that overlooks the ceremonies taking place below.
