Bryngarw House is nestled within the lush, historic grounds of Bryngarw Country Park in Bridgend. Surrounded by mature woodland, sweeping lawns and glorious gardens, there are plenty of places to explore and photograph, including a Japanese garden created around 1910.

The house itself combines historic country-house charm with refined modern elegance. Classically styled with bright, airy spaces, the design strikes a perfect balance between heritage and contemporary touches. Original architectural features have been carefully preserved throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s sure to impress guests.

Celebrate in style
Ceremonies take place in the Traherne Suite, a classically styled space with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. Able to cater for up to 100 guests, it features late-Georgian design elements, while an accessible ramp has been sensitively added to respect the historic structure.

The bright and airy conservatory is used for post-ceremony drinks and overlooks the lawn and duck pond, offering a tranquil space to gather before the reception.

Bryngarw House’s marquee is used for wedding breakfasts and receptions. This permanent, all-weather structure is lined with soft drapes, creating a warm and refined setting for up to 120 nearest and dearest.

Couples who tie the knot at Bryngarw House will receive a complimentary menu tasting, giving them a preview of the big-day cuisine. They will also enjoy use of the honeymoon suite on the night of the wedding, allowing them to retire in luxury after a perfect day.
